Peppers, Cucumbers, and Diavolo Co-Milled Oil

This July, celebrate with a little fireworks – our Diavolo Oil, previous Best of California State Fair recipient. This oil adds a super flavor to great vegetables, watermelon, and popcorn.

Drizzle the Diavolo on almost anything fresh from the garden. I love it on Pizza right from the grill or oven.

Diavolo on cucumbers adds a brightness – toss with salt and your salad is perfect.

Come get some as we have HUGE volume this year.  Tomatoes are coming in fast and furious. My favorite time of year, burratta and tomatoes, Green Valley or Frantoio olive oil and dinner is ready.
