Creamed Shishito Peppers

INGREDIENTS

2 Garlic Cloves

2 Shallots

1 Tsp Black Pepper

8 oz Shishito Peppers

1Tbsp Oil

1 Cup Heavy Cream or 1/2 Heavy Cream & 1/2 Half and Half

1 Oz Parmigiano Reggiano Grated

 

METHOD

  1. Brown all the peppers & spices in the oil
  2. Saute until soft
  3. Add cream
  4. Simmer
  5. Remove from heat and add grated cheese
  6. Salt & Pepper to taste
