Announcing the 2025 Lavender Weekend Schedule

Lavender Weekend is less than a month out! A tradition at IL Fiorello for 15 years, Lavender Weekend is an opportunity to celebrate the lavender harvest with a variety of activities, meals, and drinks centered around lavender. This year is no different, and we’re excited to host the community for a weekend to remember.

Garden Tour & Libation Destination: The morning hours are the perfect time to enjoy a guided exploration of our organic gardens. See tomato and pepper demonstrations, smell and taste the lavender, borage, tomato blossoms and lemon verbena, and enjoy lavender lemonade to quench your thirst. $25

Tea and Lavender Scones: An elegant way to enjoy the afternoon, sip lavender tea and snack on scones. This also includes natural personal care products, including a rose & lavender foot and hand balm demonstration. $25

A Taste of IL Fiorello: An elegant finish to a Lavender Day. Enjoy an afternoon delight with our chefs and special guests. A chef crafted, lavender centered charcuterie and cheese with a lavender drink. A perfect way to finish the day. $50

Lavender Baskets Workshop: Create the centerpiece of your lavender table with both fresh and dried lavender. Use herbs, flowers, roses, and citrus from our organic garden to make it your own. Great for candles, wine presentations, and any other special occasion. $50

Growing Lavender Workshop: Our Master Gardener will teach you the best strategies for planting & growing your own lavender. As a bonus, you’ll receive a sachet to go! $25

Lavender Sip & Draw: Draw & Sip in the Grove with our Chef Ollie. Flowers, lavender, olives, and vegetables. All materials will be supplied. $50

In addition to these spectacular events, our retail room will have a variety of lavender products available, including:

Lavender tea towels
Fresh lavender bundles with lavender striped towel
Lavender cookbooks by IL Fiorello Owner Ann Sievers and Denise Revel
Rose & Lavender bath and body products, including: sachets, jars, spray, oil, hand and foot balms

Lavender Lunch Special:

Join us for our elegant Lavender Lunch, served all weekend. This special lunch featuring all things lavender includes:

- Lavender Strawberry Salad
- Lavender and Pork Belly “Porchetta”
  - Herbs de Provence, gremolata, Malbec reduction
  - Organic Garden Vegetables

Lavender & Strawberry Pavlova
- Dehydrated strawberries in our Lavender-Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar Reduction
- Strawberries
- Lavender Honey or Strawberry Gelato
