Our signature experience, offered at 11:00, 1:00, and 3:00 daily. Enjoy a comparative tasting of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Co-Milled Oils, and Balsamic Vinegar Reductions. Led by our experienced staff, you will learn how olive oil is made, how to properly taste different oils, and enjoy a bite-sized food pairing to see how different oils pair with different foods. We recommend adding our 10:00 am Farm & Mill Tour for a complete experience. $30/person

This is a 60 minute experience. We are a family-friendly space and kindly ask that children and pets remain close to you at all times for the comfort and safety of all guests. We are not able to accommodate a seating later than 10 minutes after the reservation. This will result in a forfeit without a refund.
This guided tour of our 16-acre organic integrated farm showcases olive groves and kitchen gardens, as well as our certified organic olive mill. Our mill is most advanced mill in North America, capable of milling five tons of olives per hour. You’ll learn so much about olives and olive oil, your grocery store trips will never be the same! We recommend adding an olive oil tasting experience to complete your visit. $25/person
