MIllING SERVICES

Our team uses a state-of-the-art continuous system mill produced to our specifications by Gruppo Pieralisi, the leading producer of olive milling equipment in the world. Our mill is the most modern and high-tech milling machine in North America, and one of only about 50 olive mills in the United States. It is a closed system of continuous milling, providing minimal oxygen contact, with the preferred two-phase oil extraction process. The two-phase system uses both a decanter and a separator to produce the purest oil.

CUSTOM  or PRIVATE MILLING

For customers with 1000 lbs of olives or more.

  • Private Milling bring your olives to us and we mill them privately
  • September 2026 Milling-Olive delivery dates start.
  • Appointments must be scheduled and confirmed in advance, start by filling out the form below.
  • Organic growers, please let us know at the time of appointment because our mill is certified as organic

COMMUNITY MILLING GUIDELINES

Everyone is welcome! Backyard growers with one tree, to people with a small grove – join others from around the greater Bay Area to create a unique fresh olive oil blend

For customers with 1 – 999 lbs of olives.
Two Dates: Sunday, October 18 and/or Sunday, November 22 | 9 am – 12 pm

  • Appointments should be scheduled and confirmed in advance,
  • Bring healthy olives picked fresh from the tree that day. Leave the olives that have fallen on the ground and all branches and leaves at home.
  • After you drop off your olives, consider staying for a lunch reservation at our Bistro.
