Eating once, eating twice, eating rich hot soup is nice. Maurice Sendak was on to something in his classic rhyming book about chicken soup with rice. Nothing warms up a cold winter night like a hearty hot soup. Spend an evening with our Chefs and enjoy making soup – maybe with rice maybe without. Learn flavor development and tricks of seasoning, stocks, broths, and cream soups. The evening is complete with soup for dinner.
