The tasting room is open 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. everyday for visits and oil tastings. Tastings are $5 per person. Private and group tastings are available by reservation. Come in and sample different extra virgin olive oils and citrus and jalapeño olive oils.
Our extra virgin oils are third party certified and most are single varietal. We grow 12 different varietals. The Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino, Cerignola, and Taggiasca olives are all from Italy. The Arbequina and the Mission are from Spain. And the Bouteillan, Aglandau, and Tanche are from France. Also recently added is the Greek varietal Koroneiki. We invite you to visit and taste the differences.
Our citrus and jalapeño oils are distinct and aromatic. By co-milling olives with whole, fresh fruit, rather than doing infusions, our flavored oils have brilliant characteristics. Currently we have orange, tangelo, lemon, lime, chili, jalapeño, and jalapeño-lime oils that we co-milled with our olives. In 2013, our jalapeño-lime won Best in Show at the California competition.
Enjoy a glass of wine while you taste oil or sit out on the porch. We host wine from a few local wineries. We currently have several different wines from Girl on the Hill Vineyards, Mankas Hill Vineyards, Stuessy Cellars, Wasted Grape, and Galvan Family Cellars. All our wines are available by the glass or by the bottle.
